Berry Jellio


Delicate smooth deliciousness made out of fresh pear and berry juice. Berries are nutritional gold-mines that boost the immune system in this cooler weather, protect against cancer, as well as impart other, amazing benefits. Makes 4 servings.

1-2 cups mixture of berries: cranberries, blueberries and other berries, fresh or frozen
3 pears
2-3 tablespoons agar-agar
water

1) Put a quart or so of water to boil (with 1/2 cup of berries for extra flavor) and dissolve agar-agar in it.

2) Run the pears and the rest of the berries in a juicer.

3) Let hot mixture cool a bit and then add the fresh juice, and pour into molds or serving dishes. Let it cool in the refrigerator until solid.
