Red Currant Oatmeal Wonder



Red currants
Chopped Almonds
Rolled Oats
Water

Directions: Add hot water to oats. Stir and let sit until desired consistency. Add almonds and red currants. Eat. Enjoy.

Red currants are full of anti-inflammatory nutrients, including Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Folate, Selenium and Beta Carotene, which, together with nutritious oats and almonds, make a tasty and wholesome start to the day.

Even more wonderful: real steel cut oats like McCann's. Take 30 mins to make, normally, but the quick method is to boil water, pour in oatmeal, turn off heat, let sit overnight; in the morning cook stirring all the way for ten minutes. A revolutionary oatmeal experience.
