Pinapple-y Goodness



Pinapple contains enzyme bromelain that is known to ease inflammation and swelling after strains and sprains, although, as always - don't eat if you're allergic, etc, etc.

Ingredients
1/2 fresh pinapple
1 scoop of Green Vibrance optional
1-2 teaspoons of fish oil, lemon flavor

Crush the pinapple flesh in the food processor until smooth. Add the Green Vibrance and fish oil. Enjoy.
